**Our client, a leader in precision engineering and manufacturing for industries like powersports, cycling, agriculture, and construction, is seeking a Senior Machine Operator to join their team.** As a Senior Machine Operator, you will be part of the **Operations Department** supporting the **Production Team** . The ideal candidate will have **strong communication skills** , **attention to detail** , and **a collaborative mindset** , which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Senior Machine Operator – Grade V
**Location:** Mequon, WI
**Pay Range:** Competitive, based on experience
**What’s the Job?**
+ Operate multiple machines simultaneously, including CNC and non-similar types
+ Lead machine changeovers, tooling adjustments, and first-piece inspections
+ Mentor and support other operators with setups, documentation, and troubleshooting
+ Monitor part quality and ensure compliance with specifications using SPC charting
+ Maintain accurate records and a clean, organized workspace following 6S practices
**What’s Needed?**
+ Experience operating at least six different machines, including CNC
+ Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate part inspections
+ Knowledge of tooling offsets, changeovers, and preventive maintenance
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production goals
+ Physical stamina to stand and work for 85–100% of the shift
