**Picker and Packer on Shift: M-F 8am-4:30pm** **Job Description** This role involves working in a small warehouse, where you will be responsible for picking and packing items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the handling of inventory. **Responsibilities** + Pick and pack items accurately for shipment. + Handle inventory efficiently and safely. + Participate in shipping and receiving processes. + Perform general labor tasks as needed. **Essential Skills** + Experience in inventory management. + Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes. + Ability to lift up to 20lbs. + Capability to stand for long periods of time. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in material handling. **Work Environment** Work in a small, temperature-controlled warehouse that requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 20lbs. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rocky Hill, New Jersey. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
