**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse through efficient organization and management of inventory. **Responsibilities** + Perform shipping and receiving duties. + Stock shelves and sort packages. + Organize items and maintain warehouse orderliness. + Use RF scanners for scanning, labeling, and marking inventory. + Handle inventory management and execute material handling tasks. + Assist in packing and picking orders. + Operate manual pallet jacks and support loading activities. **Essential Skills** + General labor experience in a warehouse setting. + Experience with shipping, stocking, and receiving. + Proficiency in using RF scanners and RF scan guns. + Ability to operate manual pallet jacks. + Skills in sorting, scanning, and inventory management. + High School Diploma or GED. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Preferred experience in warehouse operations. + No prior forklift certification required; training provided upon permanent hire. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a pay increase once you become permanent. Expect a safety-conscious environment with forklifts and hand carts in constant motion. Temperature varies with the seasons; the warehouse is heated in winter and can be hot in summer, with fans and water coolers available. Dress in light, breathable layers and wear appropriate footwear such as sneakers or steel-toe boots. Open-toe shoes, sandals, flats, and heels are not permitted. No cellphones or electronics allowed in the warehouse. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, NJ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
