Our client is building new data platform, data is all scattered (some informatica used), so this team will be building a new platform from scratch. MUST HAVE: SQL, building data pipelines, some legacy, data APIs, Snowflake, python.
We are seeking a seasoned **Senior Data Engineer** who is passionate about designing and delivering robust data solutions. This role involves close collaboration within a dynamic team and a strong focus on building scalable data platforms that empower our clients to access and leverage data with ease _._
**The Team**

We strive to achieve this by meticulously crafting, building, and upkeeping the technological infrastructure and products within units. Embedded within is the Managed & Advisory Solutions team, an integral part of the broader Wealth Management Domain, which is dedicated to the creation and support of products facilitating managed product distribution, both on and off the platform.
As a vital member of this dynamic team, you will focus on providing robust application development for the high-paced Managed & Advisory Solutions team.
**The Expertise and Skills You Bring**
We are looking for Software Engineers who have a “we can figure it out” attitude towards solution engineering and application development.
+ 6+ Years of IT experience
+ B.S. in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
+ Strong programming skills in SQL/Python/java
+ Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL/Oracle)
+ Experience in data pipelines ETL/ELT tools, control-M
+ Experience with Enterprise Data Lake e.g. Snowflake
+ Experience with GitHub
+ Good experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
+ Experience of Cloud technologies and automated deployments
+ Ability to communicate software engineering and/or development concepts and principles.
+ Ability to take up new challenges and explore new technology/tools
+ Can collaborate well with the Business, your team members, work independently, and influence your technology peers.
+ Proficient in ability to identify and pull data from various applications and systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, SQL Server)
+ Experience in performing complex data analysis and data aggregation
+ Troubleshooting and Debugging skills
+ Strong analytical and logical skills
+ Ability to analyze trends and recommend improvements
