**Hiring for Outbound Associates** **Job Description** The Outbound Professional, commonly known as a Personal Shopper, is tasked with picking and packing grocery items and other goods, ensuring that each customer's order is complete and protected. This role welcomes individuals without prior experience. **Responsibilities** + Pick and pack grocery items and other goods. + Scan items for order completion. + Ensure customer goods are well protected. + Process picking, scanning, and packing of items. + Apply safe food practices specific to the department. + Assist in housekeeping of the department. + Maintain safety, quality, cleanliness, and productivity standards within the distribution warehouse. + Audit products for quality. + Demonstrate a team player mentality by assisting others when needed. **Essential Skills** + Ability to count and scan items efficiently. + Experience in shipping and receiving. + Familiarity with inventory management. + Comfortable working in cold environments for 8 hours at 30 degrees Fahrenheit. + Experience with fresh produce. + Proficient in using scanning equipment. + Strong customer service skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in receiving, stocking, or inventory roles. + Ability to stand and walk for 6-10 hours or more. + Proficient in single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling. + Ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach. + Experience in using FDA approved cleaning chemicals. + Required to wear oil and slip-resistant shoes. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that thrives on teamwork and innovation.
