**About the Role** Kelly is seeking a **Senior Product Management Consultant** to support our **MSP Product** team in a part-time capacity. This role will help drive clarity, structure, and progress across priority product initiatives by partnering with internal stakeholders, supporting product documentation, and enabling decision-making through thoughtful analysis and execution. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a highly collaborative environment, can work independently, and is comfortable supporting product workstreams with limited weekly hours. **Key Responsibilities** + Support MSP Product leadership with ongoing product initiatives and roadmap execution + Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate needs into clear deliverables + Develop and maintain product documentation (requirements, user stories, workflows, release notes, process updates) + Support prioritization efforts by identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities across initiatives + Coordinate communication across stakeholders to keep work moving forward efficiently + Assist with go-to-market readiness support (enablement materials, internal updates, launch planning) + Track progress and provide regular updates on status, next steps, and open items **Required Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience in **Product Management, Product Operations, Product Consulting, or related experience** + Strong ability to translate business needs into structured product documentation and plans + Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups + Experience operating in fast-moving environments and managing multiple priorities + Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight + Proficient in standard productivity tools (Docs/Slides/Sheets) and collaboration tools (Teams/Slack) **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience supporting products or programs within **MSP, staffing, workforce solutions, HR tech, or talent operations** + Familiarity with tools such as **JIRA and Confluence** + Experience using data to inform prioritization and product decisions + Exposure to product discovery, market/user research, or process improvement work **Work Expectations** + Part-time support role (~10 hours/week) + Flexible scheduling, with availability to attend key meetings as needed + Ability to deliver clear outputs and updates within short turnaround timeframes Base pay range for this position is $45 – $51 per hour.  Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
