The HR Project Consultant role is accountable for leading and implementing projects and/or operational processes to achieve both long and short-term objectives of Eli Lilly Japan in partnership with business. This also includes working in the team of HR professionals across HR value chains to ensure that the right organizational capabilities, leadership, and talent are in place. The responsibilities also include ensuring that employees in the supporting functions are engaged, motivated, and appropriately rewarded. This role is expected to work across the organizations to drive business results and collaborate with subject matter experts in across HR value chain to ensure that the policies, programs, and plans best serve the needs of the business they support.

Although projects will vary based on the strategy and needs of the business, the consultant role is to lead/co-lead with others in the HR team to deliver the followings:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5+ years of HR experience.HR experience outside of recruiting required. Line HR experience preferable.Strong written and oral communication in both Japanese and EnglishREQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, BEHAVIORS & EXPERIENCE
