- 전기개발팀 인력 관리 및 업무 분배

- 팀원 멘토링 및 역량 개발 지원

- 팀 성과 관리 및 목표 달성 주도

기술 개발 및 프로젝트 관리

- 엘리베이터 전기 시스템 설계 및 개발 총괄

- 글로벌 제품 도입 및 적용 주도

- 신규 프로젝트 기획 및 실행 관리

- 기술 표준 수립 및 품질 관리

전략적 업무

- 프로세스 개선 및 혁신 활동 주도

- 원가 절감 전략 수립 및 실행

- 품질 개선 및 기술 혁신 활동 주도

- 인증 관리 및 규격 대응

- 유관 부서와의 협업 및 커뮤니케이션

자격 요건 (Required Qualifications)

- 전기/전자공학 관련 학사 학위 이상 소지자

- 관련 분야 경력 10년 이상

- 팀장급 이상의 관리 경험 보유자

- 프로젝트 관리(PM) 경험 보유자

- 우수한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 능력

- 영어 커뮤니케이션 능통자

- 문제 해결 능력 및 전략적 사고

- 포용적이고 주도적인 리더십 마인드

우대 사항 (Preferred Qualifications)

- 엘리베이터 또는 산업용 전기 시스템 설계·개발 경력 보유자

- 전기 회로, PLC, 인버터/모터 제어, 안전 규격에 대한 전문 지식 보유자

- 관련 전문 자격증 보유자

기타 사항

- 개발, 품질 개선 또는 현장 기술 지원을 위한 출장 발생

- 국내 및 해외 출장 가능 (연 1~2회 수준)
