1、  依据抗感染市场策略、行业发展及数据分析，与目标合作伙伴紧密合作，共同推进速福达在零售渠道的拓展，实现业务增长

−         结合抗感染市场策略、零售行业发展趋势，完成速福达在零售线下广阔市场及即时零售平台的发展策略；

−         带领团队与生态合作伙伴共同制定联合生意计划并达成合作协议，共同推动速福达在零售市场的业务拓展增量

−         带领团队，深入洞察细分渠道及市场的发展现状，并指定过程管理机制，确保业务结果导向；

−         对各项业务过程指标跟进管理，实施中不断优化，最大化投入产出比，推动业务持续向前发展

2、深入洞察零售拓展渠道多层决策人，设计客户关键决策人交互项目，并助力业务增长

−         深入零售渠道管理层洞察及需求，设计针对零售渠道内管理层的交互策略规划，并跟踪活动执行效果；

−         深入即时零售场景洞察及发展趋势探索，设计针对速福达O2O场景的发展策略规划；

−         推动多方合作的平台建立，整合资源，推动多方合作伙伴的共赢模式；

3、与内部跨团队及外部合作伙伴建立良好的沟通与合作机制，整合资源，最大化公司业务目标

−         积极配合市场部执行公司在零售端的品牌策略，扩大目标产品在患者端知晓度

−         保持与市场部的密切合作，针对零售市场多层级关键决策人保持品牌关键信息传递的统一性

−         不断探索合作伙伴潜能，挖掘更多合作可能性，助力业务可持续发展；

4、其他相关工作

−         收集市场多方反馈，协助上级主管进行策略迭代，探索建立和优化以患者为中心的生态圈

−         不断提升自身业务能力，追求高绩效

大学本科及以上

医学、药学、市场营销或相关专业优先

Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力

1）10年以上药品零售市场部及渠道管理经验（OTC或处方药）

2）对药品零售的行业政策及发展趋势有较为深度的认知和判断

3）良好的沟通和语言表达能力
