二、任职资格

教育程度：中专及以上学历

工作经验：机械制造行业材料分析相关岗位1年以上工作经验

专业技能要求：熟悉金属热处理相关知识、金属物理分析基础知识，了解试验室控制管理程序、监视和测量控制程序

能力要求：具备良好的沟通技能，工作严谨细致，较强的团队合作能力

其他特殊要求：工作细致，求真务实，有较强的责任心、诚信；具有良好的团队合作精神

*如有相关工作经验或者表现优异，或应届毕业生表现优异者，以上任职资格要求可适当放宽

四、主要岗位职责

．设备维护和验收

1）执行设备维护计划

2）依照公司标准验收新设备

2．金相的化学和物理分析（金相结构，X射线应力化学成分，硬度，热处理，焊接质量等）

1）根据控制计划，为制造过程提供金相方面的首件检查

2）当发现不合格品时，提供建议给操作者,帮助其更正过程参数设置

3）按照进货检验控制计划，支持EP件的进货检验

4）支持机械加工和检验员的日常产品审核，年度审核和全尺寸检查，检查金相理化项目

3．清洁度检查

1）执行清洁度检测

2）发现清洁度方面的不合格品时，提供支持

4．遵守与执行体系要求

1）遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求，该岗位需要执行职业健康体检；

2）负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作

3）需要满足Mafact新条款涉及到的相关职责要求
