Brand Management
Develop the brand strategies to ensure business achievement
Lead strategic brand growth initiatives, including executing brand strategies, managing compliance review, leading development of the campaign and selecting best fitting moduels for the market , leading and developing POA and execution and supporting to train field force on product positionin and prioritization, supporting on tracking progress towards target
Establish solid KOL relationship and strong endorsement
Lead Cross-functional collaboration – across Field Force, medical etc to get alignment
Input to the country BP&OP plan
Prepare report for global & country level internal communication
Resource Management
Lead budget planning and control
Monitor brand marketing execution with KPI evaluation
Optimize budget effectiveness & efficiency
