您的主要职责 Monitor production Performance with actual OEE. Investigate and analysis the problem in OEE implementation Monitor production basic data, like cycle time and setup time and HC, Maintain in SAP system  Calculate and analysis machine capacity and machine utilization for the budget and investment. Coordinate plant Budget Quantity Structure and cost saving activities, and coach related colleagues in different departments.  Do CIP activities with IE tools, like MTM, Time study REFA, working place ergo. evaluation etc. Coordinate plant IE digitalization projects. Delivery IE knowledge and training in IE functions network 您的任职资格 Bachelor degree or above. No limitation in major, preferable in mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineer manufacturing engineering  More than 5 years or above manufacturing working experience in mechanical manufacturing factory. Familiar with product manufacturing process Knowledge about SAP
