Job Description

1. 协助导演/摄影师进行现场拍摄

2. 根据视频素材，按照主题和H&M风格整理及剪辑视频

3. 协调沟通视频制作过程中的相关环节

4. 能独立完成视频后期的剪辑  

Qualifications

1. 能根据剧本， 构思拍摄场景设计

2. 热爱视频拍摄和剪辑，创意能力强

3. 至少熟练掌握一款主流视频剪辑软件，如PR/Final Cut

4. 会调色，会音频处理及一些特效的添加

5. 每周能提供20小时的在线工作时间， 每个月至少能在上海办公室工作一天
