您的主要职责 Continuously initiate, support, train, and review activities applying all methods of the Schaeffler Production System (SPS), to improve efficiency and effectiveness for an organizational area assigned. Drive and support the application of the SPS standards as lean management elements, workplace design, SCM and value stream design. Deploy and train SPS methods and knowledge. Contribute to the continuous improvement of SPS and share best practices. Facilitate workshops and projects, report their results and benefits, support management to coach the continuous improvement processes. Conduct reviews of the SPS implementation status in organizational units. Evaluate/report costs and benefits of the SPS projects, workshops, and initiate activities to ensure sustainability. 您的任职资格 Graduate Degree in Engineering, Production Engineering, related 3 to 5 years working experience in Lean Good communication skill in written and oral English Good strategic thinking
