一、岗位基本信息

岗位名称： 精密测量员

二、任职资格

教育程度：大专以上学历，精密测量或相关机械专业毕业

工作经验： 1年及以上精测工作经验

专业技能要求：

1、熟练掌握机械识图及机械工艺技术应用方面的知识；

2、熟练掌握相关检测设备的使用原理并熟练使用计算机；

3、熟悉实验室控制管理程序、监视和测量控制程序；

4、熟悉各类精密测量设备；

5、熟悉MAFACT相关标准及要求。

能力要求：具备良好的沟通交流能力、对机械制图及公差等相关知识了解；工作严谨细致、较强的团队合作、思维敏捷、活跃、善于学习。会用EXCAL表格。

其他特殊要求：吃苦耐劳、工作细致，求真务实，有较强的责任心和上进心；具有良好的团队合作精神和服务态度。

四、主要岗位职责

．精测检测报告的管理

1）负责检测并出具检测报告；

2）负责确认出具的精密测量报告准确性、有效性。

．自制件及采购件的检测

1）对自制件各制造过程的首检、调机产品进行检测、出具检测报告，以指导操作者调机，对车间的产品质量进行实时监测并提供有力的调机指导；

2）对公司采购件进行检测，按要求出具检测报告，以指导进货检验监控采购件的质量状态；

3）根据质量工程师、ME、SQA及车间操作者的送检要求，出具对应的检验报告，以协助质量工程师分析、解决车间日常生产过程、售后质量问题中出现的产品制造质量问题。

3．精密仪器设备进行日常及定期保养

每班对精测设备进行日常点检校准，有问题及时反馈；

2）定期对精测设备进行维护、保养、润滑；

3）对定期精测设备维护保养的结果进行存档。

4． 刀具的检测及专用检具检测

1）对新购刀具进行检测验收，对重磨刀具进行检测和判定；

2）指导重磨刀具的刃磨；

3）对专用检具进行检测，协同专用检具管理员对其检定。

5．遵守与执行体系要求

1）遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求；

2）负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作。员工应该：
 (a) 遵照该法令法规的规定工作；
 (b) 使用或佩戴公司要求的设备、防护装置或服装；
 (c) 向上级报告所知的可能会危及自己或其他工人的任何设备或防护装置的缺失或缺陷；
 (d) 向上级报告任何违反该法令法规的地方，或任何他或她所知的危险；
  (f) 全年个人无安全体系不符合项。
