Job Description:
Provide reliable and accurate reports, analyses and recommendations to senior business leaders to support decision making, proactively provide fact-based insights and analytics programs to address strategic and tactical business needs.
Key responsibilities:
1. Design research and analytics frameworks and implement relevant solutions for the identified analytics project
2. Output Online category trend and shopper insight
3. Search words/competitor traffic and investment analysis/media related 人群包选/TMIC/GTA projects
4. Pillar data tools and digitalization owner
5. 618/D11 category trend and competitor tracking
6. Pillar ad hoc data needs
Knowledge and skill request:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Strong operational business understanding, including potential impact of business decisions on various internal/external stakeholders.
3. Above 5 years’ experience in consulting, analytical or strategic related role, familiar with ecommerce platform data tools.
4. Experienced with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc is a plus
5. Strong cross-function communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
