外資系企業の損害保険契約を扱う内勤営業部門です

東京オフィスの法人営業チームや内勤営業チーム、海外オフィスともコミュニケーションを取りながらご活躍いただきます

今回北九州オフィスへの機能移管による増員と新ユニットの立ち上げにより、複数名の採用を予定しています

We will count on you to / 主な業務内容：

下記の業務を含む顧客サービス業務

保険契約の満期案内、既存契約の変更手続き等申込書類作成、保険料見積りの手配、保険料/手数料精算に関する経理部門との連携、請求書手配 、発行された証券の内容確認、発送 、契約に付随するお客様からの問い合わせ対応営業社員/保険会社/海外マーシュオフィスとの連携 (メールや電話)　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　事故発生時の保険会社への事故報告対応　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　事務（オペレーション）チームとの 連携　　　

What you need to have / 求める経験スキル：

基本的な英語でのコミュニケーション（Reading/Writing主にemail）ができる 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　高いコミュニケーションスキルがあり、マルチタスクが可能な方　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　迅速な事務処理や書類対応ができる 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　基本的なPCスキル(World・Excel)
