Job Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong, credible relationships with healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, nurses, etc.) in hospitals, clinics, and other medical institutions within the assigned territory.
* Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and clinical value of Lilly's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, utilizing scientific data and approved marketing materials.
* Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to present product information, answer questions, and address concerns.
* Organize and participate in product presentations, medical meetings, and other promotional activities.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the assigned territory.
* Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and territory performance.
* Ensure all promotional activities and interactions comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical guidelines.
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales managers, marketing, and medical affairs, to optimize territory performance.
* Continuously update product knowledge and medical scientific information relevant to Lilly's product portfolio.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, or a related life science field.
* Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with experience in Suzhou or surrounding areas.
* Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, healthcare system, and relevant regulations in China.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and demonstrating strong business acumen.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken) is essential.
* Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
* Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
* High level of integrity and commitment to ethical conduct.
