Job Description & Summary

These individuals collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate and train employees, in line with market developments and firm strategy.

In recruitment and talent acquisition at PwC, you will focus on attracting and selecting top talent to join the organisation. You will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring individuals who align with PwC's values and contribute to its success.

協助各事業群落實招募策略與人力規劃,提供專業建議以滿足組織人才需求 全流程招募作業,含需求確認、人才搜尋、面談安排、任用流程及入職前徵信調查 主動搜尋潛在人才,建立並維護候選人資料庫,以支援中長期人力需求 擬定、發布並持續優化招募廣告;運用多元管道吸引人才 LinkedIn 雇主品牌經營,負責公司專頁內容企劃、更新與維運,提升品牌曝光與招募成效 負責招募系統(Workday)操作與資料維護,並推動系統功能優化及問題排除 定期分析招募 KPI,提出改善方案,提升招募效率 8.參與 HR 其他專案推動與執行

具備3年以上招募經驗,具獵才經驗可獨立完成全流程招募尤佳 具備獨立面談與 LinkedIn 人才搜尋實務經驗英文讀寫佳,口說及聽力具中等溝通能力 具優秀的溝通協調能力、邏輯思維,以服務為導向且願意深入理解業務需求
