**ワクチンビジネスユニット ワクチン営業部 CSA** ワクチン営業部に属する製品群に特化し、ベイフォータス、エフルエルダを中心とする今後開発・製品化される自社医薬品の売上を最大化させる。 そのために既存の顧客、及び将来可能性のある顧客を正しく把握し、担当エリアにおいて適確なテリトリー戦略を自ら立案する。 KOL/重要顧客への面談アクセス方法の確立、効果的なアプローチ方法、セリングスキルを用いてスピード溢れる積極的な活 動を展開していく。 我々は、法律、規定、サノフィコンプライアンスポリシーを適切に遵守し、医療関係者を通じ医薬情報提供活動・最適な 治療提案を行っていく。 **Key Responsibilities:（主な職務内容）** 売上目標達成に責任を持つ 担当地区において医療機関を訪問し、医療従事者に製品情報を提供することで売上の最大化を図る 担当地区の分析を行い、優先順位の高い医療機関、また難度が高い医療機関の口座開設に注力し、ターゲット顧客へ医薬情報提供を通じ、製品の最大化を図る 専門医施設だけでなく、対象疾患の存在する非専門医施設にも効果的な訪問を行い、担当地域における疾患啓発、及び、製品の認知度向上を図る 顧客のニーズを理解・把握し、密なコミュニケーションを取ることにより、説得力のあるセリングスキルを身に着け、実行する 担当地区における重要顧客の行動変容を促し、治療における方針変革・アップデートを行い、製品適正使用・患者のための最適な治療方針を促すため、効果的なアプローチを行う 適切な講演会企画を立案し実施・満足度の高い説明会の実行、高いセリングスキルを用いて疾患診療ディスカッション、症例毎の治療ディスカッションを展開する ワクチンBUのスペシャリストMRとして、RSウィルス領域、インフルエンザワクチン領域を中心とした専門的な疾患知識・製品知識、ワクチンに関する知識の習得、高いアウトプットスキルを身につけるために日々研鑽を行う 市販直後調査、及び、PMSの調査票について契約機関の担当医師に対してガイドラインの基づき適宜進捗状況管理を行い、期限内に回収を完了する **Experience Requirements：（求められる経験：必須）** + 製薬会社において販売計画を持って活動した経験（5年以上） + 基幹病院担当の経験 + HP新薬口座開設に関する経験 + 新薬上市の経験ある方、尚可 **Essential Skills and Education/Qualifications Required:（求められるスキル・資格）** + HPの新薬口座開設に関わるスキル + 販売計画達成に対する強いこだわりと意欲 + Above the lineの考え方を伴ったProactiveな姿勢 + 高い問題解決能力/分析力（KPI立案とTracking）/交渉力 + 優れたコミュニケーション能力 + 大学卒業または同等レベルの一般教養 + 普通自動車免許お持ちの方 + MR資格を所持の方 ※ 担当エリアは選考で決定いたします **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
