職務内容  延長保証に関して、適切に保険金をお支払いするお仕事です。複数の関係者と連絡をとり、内容を精査し、適正な支払い額を算定して、迅速な保険金支払いを行っていただきます。 実務経験を踏まえ、クライアント企業および修理ベンダーとの連携強化と組織運営にも関わっていただきます。 具体的には、延長保証プログラムの請求処理をお任せします。本業務は各請求が該当しているかの契約確認、修理ベンダーからの各請求の修理報告書の確認および精査、修理ベンダーとの請求費用の確認および折衝、最終的にその請求支払いの判断が含まれます。 対象となるのは自動車や、住宅設備機器、家電製品等です。自動車整備や家電等の業務知識や経験を活かす事ができます。 また、実務経験を踏まえ、修理ベンダーの選定と管理も行っていただきます。 求めるスキル・知識・経験 必須 ・自動車整備士資格 ・Word、Excel、PowerPoint等のPCスキル(MS Office Intermediate Level) ・コミュニケーション力 ・電話での対応・交渉力 あれば尚可 ・総合家電エンジニア資格、総合家電アドバイザー資格等の家電製品に関する資格 ・家電製品全般および住宅設備品に関する修理知識および構造理解知識 業務経験 必須 ・自動車修理の実務経験またはサービスフロントマネジメントの経験 あればなお可: ・家電製品・住宅設備品等の修理実務経験 ・業務構築もしくは要件定義の経験 ・外部ベンダー選定/管理の経験 ・人材育成・部門管理の経験 At AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
