ライセンス営業に関する数値・データ面からのサポート予算策定、売上実績の取りまとめ、売上予測の検証、KPI管理などの財務分析業務ライセンス契約に基づく売上計上業務および請求書発行業務社内関連部門(アニメ制作部門、アジアコンテンツ買付部門、Jコンテンツ制作部門、ファイナンス部門)との連携グローバルチームとのコミュニケーションおよびレポーティング対応データ可視化ツール(Excel、Power BI、Access 等)を用いた社内向け売上関連レポートの作成Senior Sales Analyst will support the Sales and Partnership (Licensing) team by managing monthly and annual budgets and analyzing historical sales data to provide data-driven insights for commercial decision-making.
This role works closely with both internal and external stakeholders to help maximize revenue across the licensing business.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide analytical and numerical support to the licensing sales team
• Conduct financial analysis including budgeting, consolidation of actual sales results, validation of sales forecasts, and KPI management
• Handle revenue recognition and invoicing processes related to licensing agreements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Anime Production, Asian Content Acquisition, J-Content Production, and Finance teams
• Communicate with and report to global teams
• Prepare internal sales-related reports using data visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Access
資格(基本要件)
• 企業における財務分析の実務経験(3年以上)
• Excel、Power BI、Access を用いた資料作成・データ分析スキル
• データ分析および数値管理に強みを持つ方
• 日本語(ネイティブレベル)、英語(ビジネスレベル)

Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial analysis within a corporate environment
• Strong skills in data analysis and report preparation using Excel, Power BI, and Access
• Demonstrated strength in data analysis and numerical management
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the entertainment industry and/or licensing business
• Project management experience
