1. アカウントマネジメント & クライアントリレーションシップ
10以上のオンサイトチームの統括管理
クライアントと強固な信頼関係を築き、契約要件を遵守すると共に、KPI(重要業績評価指標)の達成をリードします。
コスト削減や業務効率化など、クライアントが掲げるビジネス目標の達成を積極的に推進します。
2. チームマネジメント & 人材育成
オンサイトで働くチームのマネジメントを行い、発生する課題(人事関連含む)を本社と連携して解決します。
チームスタッフ一人ひとりのキャリアプランを支援し、社内公募やサクセッションプランを通じて成長機会を提供。組織全体の能力向上に貢献します。
チームのために常に高い目標を設定し、サービス品質の継続的な向上を促します。
3. オペレーション & 事業成長への貢献
担当アカウントの予算管理を行い、計画された利益を確保します。
オンサイトチームの休暇取得や残業削減を実現するため、効果的なバックアップ体制を構築・主導します。
他事業部や営業チームと連携し、既存ビジネスの拡大や新規案件の獲得に貢献します。

応募資格
【必須(Must)】
ファシリティマネジメント業界における、5年以上のオンサイトまたはチームマネジメント経験
ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語での高いコミュニケーション能力(会議、交渉、資料作成など)
複数のプロジェクト(イベント、業務改善、移転など)を自律的に管理・遂行できる能力
タイムマネジメントスキル
MS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPointなど)に関する高い習熟度

Account Management
Manage over 10 on-site teams or several accounts with some difficulties on client situation from Japan HQ. The responsibility is different depending on the regional/local team management structure, contract type, client expectations and service requirements.Manage on-site teams and facilitate HQ support, including staff issues.Manage the budget and secure the planned profitDrive client initiatives such as savings targets, benchmarking and best practicesComply with all requirements of the client contract and meet or exceed KPIsAlways setup the target / challenge for the team to improve our servicesCommunications

Coordinate staff assignments at an appropriate timing without any critical vacancy and minimize profit loss for the accountSupport the staff assignment process working with GAD, HR and hiring managerProvide on-site staff (especially Lead Facility Managers) with the opportunity to progress their individual career plans and encourage internal mobility through job posting and career progression / succession planningBackup strategy
Establish a backup strategy to create the environment to take a leave and reduce the overtime for on-site teams and to maintain the service quality and the relationship with clients during backup operationBuild a community of those on-site teams to delivery backup support services that are authentic, caring and able to provide timely service.Lead the backup strategy and personally provide the effective on-site support with the development and implementation of operational improvements and best practice in collaboration with on-site teamOthers
Provide the assistance for GAD on regional / local initiatives in Work DynamicsProactively improve the organization to achieve a better environment and working circumstances for staffActively involve in the activities such as trainings for WDA employees as HQ resourceExperience & Skills
