Job DescriptionWork closely with stakeholders from different departments to gather, clarify, and manage business and functional requirements.Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, process diagrams.Evaluate business value, prioritize requirements and features based on business objectives.Monitor, track, and validate new features after release; provide documentation and user training when necessary.Support issue analysis, root cause investigation, and resolution related to the product ecosystem.Define, track, and ensure the accuracy of business and operational metrics for stakeholders.Aggregate data and create insightful reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making.Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.Qualifications2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.Solid problem-solving mindset with a holistic view of business operations.Proven ability to analyze complex workflows and design scalable, efficient solutions.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Knowledge in business process modeling using BPMN, flowchart diagrams, or equivalent standards.Knowledge of system architecture and solution design; knowledge of SQL is a plus.Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; experience with Power BI or other BI tools is a plus.High adaptability with the ability to quickly learn new domains, products, and industries.Additional InformationTrình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major): BA or above
