Sales Account Manager
Contract Type: Full-Time | Location: Seoul, Korea
Working Model: Hybrid (1 time per week WFH)
Are you a customer‑centric sales professional who thrives on driving digital transformation and helping clients maximize value from their cloud investments?
As an Account Manager at SoftwareOne Korea, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to your customers, supporting their digital transformation journey and guiding them through cloud adoption. You’ll strengthen relationships, uncover new opportunities, and make sure clients get the maximum value from our services.
Key Responsibilities
Sale Microsoft, AWS, and Non-Microsoft products and servicesDrive digital transformation and cloud adoption while identifying new growth opportunitiesLead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closeOptimize software spending and help customers get the most out of their solutionsBuild long-term, trust-based relationships through a consultative approachWork closely with internal teams and support marketing or business initiativesDeliver accurate forecasts and manage customer transactions effectively
What we need to see from you
Experience in IT services or software sales, ideally with SMB/SMC clientsStrong understanding of cloud, licensing, and digital transformationGreat relationship-building and negotiation skillsConsultative, problem-solving mindset
