1. Support the execution of Events & Trips in the role of organizing and operating programs
• Participate in planning, preparing, and organizing events and trips as assigned.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure activities are carried out on schedule, safely, and effectively.
• Supervise and support operations throughout the event/program, handling any arising situations.
2. Support documentation, data entry, and operations for short-term and small-scale projects such as Office Grand Opening, Online Talk Shows, and Online Events
• Perform administrative tasks related to documentation, data entry, and information storage for short-term and small-scale projects.
• Assist in preparing materials, logistics, and operating programs such as office grand openings, online talk shows, and online events.
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company procedures.
3. Including but not limited to assigned tasks by Function Head
• College/University graduate, preferably majoring in tourism/event management, or related majors.
• Experience in working in event function/tourism.
• Ability to work under pressure, tight timelines.
• Self-motivated, problem-solving skills.
• Travel is required.
• Professional, confident, careful, calm and mature personality.
• Able to read and write fluently in both Vietnamese and English.
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools such as Canva.
