**About the job:** We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Migrator / Messaging Consultant to join our IT consulting practice. This role is responsible for designing, planning, and executing medium to large-scale Microsoft 365 migrations for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Microsoft Exchange (on-premises and cloud), Active Directory, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and PowerShell automation, along with strong client-facing consulting skills.
