**Job Title: Swiss Machinist** **Shift: 3** **rd** **Shift (Sun-Thurs) 10pm-6am** **Pay: 20% shift diff = $37.20-40.80/hr** **Job Description** As a Swiss Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up Citizen L12 and L20 Swiss machines, making program edits with various software, and performing machine setups quickly, accurately, and efficiently. You will work off various custom and production blueprints and handle the full process, including operation, setups, tooling changes, editing programs, loading programs, and troubleshooting. Additionally, maintaining quality standards through in-process inspection of parts and monitoring of processes is essential. **Responsibilities** + Set up Citizen L12 and L20 Swiss machines. + Make program edits using various software. + Perform machine setups quickly, accurately, and efficiently. + Work off custom and production blueprints. + Handle full process, including operation, setups, tooling changes, editing programs, loading programs, and troubleshooting. + Maintain quality standards through in-process inspection of parts and monitoring processes. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of CNC Swiss setup experience. + Proficiency in CAD Software. + Fluency in G&M code and ability to edit programs. + High level of blueprint reading. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in mathematics with shop math. + Proficiency in using measuring tools. + Experience with numerical control. + Understanding of CNC Swiss. **Why Work Here?** Join a rapidly growing company with an organized and clean work environment in a beautiful building built just three years ago.
